
Refund Policy- Quick Summary
We understand that plans can change! Here’s a simple guide to our Music Summer Camp refund policy:
- Reserve your spot: A $50 deposit is required and will be applied to your total camp fee.
- Cancel early, get most back:
- More than 61 days before camp: Full refund minus $50 deposit
- 45–60 days before camp: 75 % refund
- 31–44 days before camp: 50 % refund
- 30 days or less: Sorry, no refund
Other details:
- For illness or unforeseen emergencies, contact us — documentation may be required.
- If we cancel a camp session, you’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit.

- No make-up lessons are offered for group classes.
- Students need headphones for the lesson.
- Students must bring class book(s) and a notebook for written homework.
- Students should listen to their book’s piano music at least once a day at home.
- Weather cancellations: no make-up lessons provided.
Payments
- Group lessons require a one-time payment at the beginning of the session.
Piano Students – Requirements
Students should have:
- A well-lit, distraction-free practice space.
- All required books and materials.
- An acoustic piano (well-tuned) or a keyboard with 88 weighted keys and a sustain pedal.
Students should arrive at each class:
- On time.
- Well-prepared, with daily practice and completed assignments.
- With all necessary books and materials
Cancellations
-Drop-out Policy.
In case of drop-out during a session, 50% of the remaining lessons will be refunded.
- If the teacher cancels a lesson, it will be made up.
- A maximum of 2 make-up lessons per session is allowed. However, rescheduling is very challenging,
so it should be avoided whenever possible.
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a make-up, except in
unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances (e.g., sudden illness of the student, a death in the family).
Payments
- Tuition may be paid monthly or per semester.
- Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month.
- Semester payments are due on the 1st day of the first month of the semester.
- Payments made after the 10th of the due month are considered late.
- Late payments incur a $25 processing fee.
Piano Students – Requirements
Students should have:

Lessons
• Respect fixed schedules and assigned days.
• Make-up lessons are not available for Group Lessons.

Cancellations and Make-up Lessons
• Notify at least 24 hours in advance.
• Make-up lessons must be taken in the current month.
• Missed make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled. If not taken, they are considered a class.
Payment and Tuition
• Tuition must be paid in full upon registration.
• We do not prorate months for missed days, holidays, etc.
Absences
• Inform the school promptly about absences or late arrivals.
Drop-out Policy
• In case of drop-out during a session, 50% of the remaining lessons will be refunded.
